The above profit margin analysis was calculated using 202 orders from the 2023 card sales from my former card shop, Jackal Bruit Cards.

From the chart, one can see that the profit margin (PM) of a given order x carried a logarithmic relationship to the total order value. This relationship closely followed the equation  PM(x) = 0.293*ln(x) - 0.0589, for x in the interval [$0, $6]. Beyond a $6 total order value, the actual profit margin diverged from the equation for PM(x) to instead asymptotically approach 50%.
